The Mersen A6D80R Amp-Trap 2000® Class RK1 Time-Delay Fuse is designed to protect your electrical systems from overloads and short circuits while still allowing normal startup currents to pass during operation. Rated at 80 Amps, this fuse is commonly used in commercial and industrial systems where motors and equipment create temporary inrush currents during startup.

Part of the Amp-Trap 2000® A6D-R series, the A6D80R combines time-delay performance with fast fault-clearing protection. This helps reduce nuisance fuse openings during normal equipment startup while still helping you to protect switches, motor starters, control panels, and connected electrical equipment during fault conditions.

The built-in SmartSpot® indicator provides a visible indication when the fuse opens, helping maintenance teams identify issues more quickly and reduce troubleshooting time. The fuse also features blade-style tin-plated copper terminals for secure mounting and a PolyTube body designed for dependable operation in demanding environments.

Rated for both 600VAC and 600VDC applications, the A6D80R works in a wide range of AC and DC electrical systems.
